When we were sent this holiday video, we knew we needed to share. It is easy to judge people, to develop immediate opinions based on what we think we see or the way we see people behave. In our business, clients do this when choosing a realtor and realtors do this when meeting clients. Sometimes it is important however to remember that what you think you see, what opinion you might have, may need some flexibility so you can see the true person in front of you.
